Waitrose Community Matters

In July Leukaemia Busters was one of the three selected benificiary charities for the Waitrose Community Matters scheme at the Portswood branch.   We came joint second and were awarded a cheque for £278.  We are very grateful to all the Southampton Waitrose shoppers who contributed their tokens to our box and also to Waitrose for the chance to benefit from their Community Matters scheme.  Pictured below is Dr David Flavell receiving the cheque from Irene Bedford.
