Purbeck Odyssey 2017
THANK YOU TO ALL OUR WALKERS AND THEIR SPONSORS!
It was a HOT and SUNNY day but all the Purbeck Odyssey walkers made it around their selected walk routes.
They enjoyed trips upon the Swange Steam Railway and also lots of ice creams and dips in the sea in Swanage while they walked to Save Young Lives through Research. The event has raised over £10,000.00. Thank you to all our walkers.
We are also very grateful to our sponsors:
Utility Warehouse for sponsoring our use of Harmans Cross Village Hall and car park
Harmans Cross Village Hall for all their help
Camelot Marquees who provided a marquee for the walkers to relax in while they rehydrated
Cooler Water who provided the cups and water for the walkers
Swanage Steam Railway who allow our walkers to travel on their trains at a reduced rate
Sainsbury’s Local Store, Burgess Road who donated the packed lunches for the volunteers
Our Raffle Prize Donors:

Last but by no means least the volunteers who helped to make the day run smoothly and keep everyone smiling!
