Skydiving Trio Jump in Memory of Jacob Clark
On Sunday 30th June 2024 three likely lads, Cameron Clark, Ben Ryan and Seth Evans will be taking part in a skydive in memory of Cameron’s brother Jacob who died of leukaemia at the age of 11 in 2006. The Trio have been preparing for their jump and are excitedly looking forward to what lies ahead on the day.
Cameron said,
My friends and I have decided to jump for Leukaemia Busters in memory of my brother Jacob whose 30th birthday is on June 21st. We are also doing the jump in support of everyone else battling or who have lost a loved one due to leukaemia.
Dr David Flavell Scientific Director at Leukaemia Busters commented
We are delighted that Cameron, Ben & Seth chose to support Leukaemia Busters and we wish them well on June 30th. I’m sure that they will enjoy their first jump with an adrenaline rush as they freefall from a height of 15,000 feet, followed by a scenic parachute descent with views over the glorious Gower Peninsula to arrive gently back to earth in Swansea.
Their support is very important to Leukaemia Busters and to leukaemia patients as all money they raise will go directly towards supporting research into the development of immunotherapies to safely treat leukaemia patients.
